Trailer Wrapping

Turn your trailer into mobile advertising

For food sellers,  mobile businesses, hauliers, event companies, and tradespeople, a wrapped trailer is one of the hardest-working marketing assets you can have. It advertises on the motorway, in car parks, on-site, and anywhere it ends up parked with no monthly spend. We design properly branded trailer wraps that actually look considered, with colour matching, clean layouts, and messaging that can be read at speed.

Built for Hard Working Trailers

Designed to handle real-world use

We work with box trailers, horseboxes, refrigerated units and more. Full exterior wraps completely transform your trailer while also adding a protective layer to the original surface. These are built for going the hard yards, that’s why we only use commercial-grade vinyl designed for heavy-duty outdoor use, resistant to UV, road debris, pressure washing and constant exposure.

Full or Partial Trailer Wraps

Big impact to suit your budget

If you want an understated design or have a tighter budget, we can print partial wraps that cover just the rear doors or side panels. Our design team will advise on what layout delivers the most visual impact for your budget. We'll give you samples for your approval before anything is printed or applied, so you know exactly what you're getting.

What Makes a Great Trailer Wrap

Wraps that work on the move

A good trailer wrap is built for high impact and clarity. It needs to be instantly readable, with clear messaging, strong contrast, and a simple layout. If it’s not understood in seconds, it fails. Our design team builds layouts specifically for commercial use, making sure branding stays consistent and is aligned with how the trailer will actually be used.

Mobile Advertising That Never Sleeps

Your trailer advertises everywhere it goes, without ongoing cost or monthly spend. It’s one of the few marketing tools that keeps working while parked.

Protect Your Bodywork

The vinyl acts as a protective layer against scuffs, UV damage and general wear from heavy use.

Consistent Brand Presence

If you have a fleet of trailers or branded vehicles, then you want your designs to look intentional, not thrown together. Brand consistency builds trust before you even arrive on site.

Cost-Effective Design Upgrade

Whether full or partial, you get maximum visual return without committing to a full respray or rebuild.

Our Process

Handled in-house by experts

We start with a free survey where we assess the trailer, take measurements and understand how you use it day to day. Our design team then builds your artwork from scratch, making sure it works at distance, at speed, and in real-world conditions.

Once approved, we print using commercial-grade vinyl and install it at your site for your ease. We finish by giving you full aftercare guidance so you know exactly how to keep your trailer looking its best for years to come.

FAQs

How long do trailer wraps last?

1

A professionally installed trailer wrap will typically last 5 to 7 years depending on use, exposure and maintenance. Trailers stored outside full-time will age faster than those kept under cover.

Regular washing and avoiding harsh pressure washing at close range will extend their lifespan significantly.

Is it cheaper to wrap or paint my trailer?

2

It’s almost always cheaper to wrap a trailer with vinyl film than it is to repaint it. A professional respray is more expensive, takes longer, and offers no flexibility if branding changes later.

Wrapping is also reversible, which makes it ideal for commercial fleets where your branding might change over time.

Does trailer wrap affect insurance?

3

It’s unlikely that wrapping your trailer will affect your insurance premiums, but you should still inform your insurance provider whenever you make any substantial cosmetic change to a vehicle.

Most good commercial vehicle insurers are familiar with wrapping for branding and livery, so all you need to do is get in touch with them over the phone or online to let them know.

Do I need to inform the DVLA if I wrap my trailer?

4

If the wrap changes the registered colour of the vehicle, DVLA rules require you to update the V5C logbook to reflect the new colour. This applies whether your vehicle has been painted or wrapped.

If the base colour remains clearly identifiable, it may not be necessary.
