Wrap Culture are a bunch of creative people fixated on what we can do with vinyl and wrapping. Using a collective eye for design and a desire to make things that turn heads, we’re pushing the medium of vinyl and vinyl wraps as far as we can.

Steering the ship is Simon with over 15 years of experience in printing and wrapping. He’s supported by Josh who has immense skill in design and Ana-Maria who has a delicate hand and a keen eye for quality. From a humble studio on the outskirts of Coventry they design, produce and install awesome vinyl products from stickers and decals to wall wraps, van wraps and even fridge wraps

About Us

Furniture, Kitchens & doors

Architectural wraps are hot topic right now and we’re all for it. Using the industry leading 3M Architectural film as the default we can confidentially

and reliably vinyl wrap all your interior fixtures.

The range of vinyl is vast! There are ranges for wood, stone, metal, colours and much more. These vinyl films have undergone extensive  stress testing and so are extremely more durable than standard vinyl products and so they should be. The advantages of these types of vinyl and applications are hard to ignore, it’s not just decorative but protective, money saving and good for the environment.

By wrapping existing fixtures and fittings in-situ you save on the cost replacing perfectly usable items and having to get rid of them! The installation process is clean, quiet and can be done out of hours meaning very minimal disruption to the day-to-day running of your business or home.

Materials

There is a huge variety of materials out there that cover every application. But which is the best to use?

Well there’s no one material we use for every job. Yes we have our favourites but ultimately the choice is based on a balanced understanding of the client and the job.

It’s cast vinyl wrap film for vehicle wraps every single time, this way we know the vinyl has the capability to conform and stay stuck to all and every curve. We suggest using 3M2080 and print on our Roland TruVis 8 colour printer.

Why? Well it’s industry leading in terms of conformability, life span , installation time and removability. . But it does come at a higher cost so we understand that for some projects and clients it’s out of budget. Our choice of vinyl for more competitive cost options would be Avery 1105, Arlon SLX or MetaMark MDC.

These manufacturers offer a very similar level to 3M but with a slightly longer installation time.  All of these films are well trusted within the industry and have complimentary laminates in Matte, Gloss or Satin to give UV protection and resistance to dirt and scratches.

Wall wraps need slightly more consideration. Not all walls are built equally! You need to consider the texture, traffic levels and positioning within the building. For high traffic areas we use a high tack vinyl with a laminate over the top to give extended protection from damage and contamination.

Walls that are often cold or susceptible to damn require a stronger adhesive to ensure a long lasting wrap. For this we turn to Orafol 3954 Brick wrap.

For the more straight forward wraps that don’t have complex curves or difficult areas we can use 5-7 calendared and polymeric vinyls. Our go to is ImagePerfect, which is Spandex’s own material. It has excellent print quality, minimal shrinkage and has several laminate options with the most poplar being Matte ( our preference! ), Gloss or Stain.

There are also textured, dry-wipe and anti-graffiti laminates to chose from so no matter the application, there’s a vinyl solution.

Processes

We like to get close and personal in order to deliver the best product and service. As soon as you reach out, our brains fire into action. After analysing the your enquiry we get straight to work gathering as much information as we can and conveying that to you in easy to understand terms.

We then respond either by email, call or even text, we’re not shy with communication. After precise questioning and a little bit of back and forth via any of the for mentioned channels of communication we can draft a quote and lead time for your project. If needed we can even give you several options to choose from.

Then the ball is in your court! Once you’ve decided on the options, we raise the job, send the invoice and get you booked in! We aim to have most jobs complete within 7 days of receiving payment. If you’re in desperate need of some vinyl though, we can express your order, just let us know! If you have an installation, we don’t leave until the job has been signed off, if you’re not happy, we’re not happy!
